William Moore is a First Lieutenant in the Army National Guard and a Senior Project Coordinator at Oceaneering. As an Army Officer in combat arms, he’s advised by non-commissioned officers but it’s his job to make decisions. A project management role at Oceaneering was a natural fit for his experience.
