The Soft-Line Cutters are hydraulically actuated cutting tools used for severing fiber ropes, umbilicals, or hydraulic hoses up to 1½ inches in diameter. Their compact form and manipulator‑friendly handles enhance efficiency during ROV cutting operations that require precise placement.
