NAVSEA‑Approved Welding for Critical Naval Structures

Our welding procedures are approved by NAVSEA, General Dynamics Electric Boat (GDEB), and Huntington Ingalls Industries – Newport News Shipbuilding (HII-NNS). We support repairs and fabrication across a wide range of material and processes, including hull repairs to HY-80 and HY-100 steels.

Welding Processes and Materials Supported

Our NAVSEA-approved welding procedures ensure compliance and structural integrity for mission-critical components in accordance with Technical Publication 1688 Rev. 1 and Technical Publication 278 Rev. A (castings and piping, pressure vessels, and machinery). All welders are qualified to these certified processes, supporting a full range of techniques and materials.
