BOP Inspection and Cleaning Tool (BICT)

The BOP Inspection and Cleaning Tool is designed to inspect and clean the BOP sealing area when switching between wells. Guided into position by an ROV, the tool supports secure deployment and 360‑degree internal BOP seal inspection using a rotating, high‑definition camera system.

  • Incorporates an auto‑release function that disengages the latch upon pressure loss
  • Cleans sealing surfaces using integrated high-pressure water jetting
  • Can be configured with wet mateable subsea connectors, as required
