Stuart Wallace, Chief Executive Designate from Forth Ports said: “On behalf of the whole of the Forth Ports team, we congratulate Oceaneering on reaching this significant milestone for their business. Oceaneering, who were originally based in the Port of Leith for a number of years, became one of the first tenants to occupy the Port of Rosyth when it was established in 1999 and we have enjoyed this long-term working relationship with the team. Through effective collaboration, the teams have worked well on large scale projects at the port utilising the port’s expert project experience and Oceaneering’s manufacturing and technical expertise. We look forward to continuing to develop the Oceaneering business base at Rosyth for years to come.”
Alan Curtis, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, stated: “We are delighted to celebrate 25 years of operations at the Port of Rosyth. We are grateful to be joined by representatives of our key customers, suppliers, and industry and community partners. The work conducted at this facility is vital to both the local and global energy industries. Earlier this year, our Rosyth facility achieved ‘Fit 4 Offshore Renewables’ Granted Status from the Offshore Wind Energy Council and ORE (Offshore Renewable Energy) Catapult. We are excited about the future and the contributions we will continue to make to the traditional and renewable energy sectors.”
