Precision Manufacturing

Located near NASA’s Johnson Space Center, our AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015-certified facility supports the fabrication and testing of flight and ground hardware. Our capabilities include high-tolerance machining and assembly, thermal cycling and vibration testing, cleanroom integration, and gloved-access testing. We also ensure hardware inspection, documentation, and delivery.

Softgoods Manufacturing

We produce low- and high-volume flight-certified aerospace softgoods from thermal insulation to astronaut tools. Our experienced team handcrafts each product to exact specifications using aerospace-grade fabrics such as specialty ceramics and composite textiles. We manufacture a wide range of products, including thermal blankets, protection systems, crew aids, and Extravehicular Activity (EVA) accessories.
