Outperforming Conventional Flanges
The Grayloc® clamp connector is the recognized industry leader for connecting piping and vessel systems worldwide. The Grayloc connector with its metal-to-metal bore seal technology provides comparable strength and seal integrity of a welded joint with the added versatility of a mechanical joint.
The standard Grayloc® assembly has two hubs arranged for butt welding to pipe. However, a complete line of other piping components is available, including socket weld and threaded hubs. Heavy duty connectors for oilfield and other applications are also available.
Other equipment manufacturers (valves, pumps, compressors, vessel, etc.) are licensed to machine Grayloc hub profile/ seats integral to their products. A complete line of fittings is available in the Grayloc design for all nominal pipe sizes and service conditions.
The Grayloc connector was developed in 1954 as the standard for critical service piping and vessel connections in a wide range of industries, applications and environments
