Yes. In addition to a direct award from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division for Virginia‑class submarine support equipment, our team also supports multiple U.S. Navy programs through contracts with several major prime contractors.

We manufacture Virginia and Columbia class hatches, fairings, hull inserts, and closure doors; Virginia-class payload tube platforms; hull and fiber optic penetrations; Virginia-class special support equipment; hydraulic actuators; and systems and components across Virginia, Los Angeles, Ohio, and Seawolf classes.

Our core capabilities include heavy structural fabrication and assembly, precision CNC and manual machining, pipe fabrication and welding, mechanized welding, custom fixturing and tooling for high-accuracy builds, and design-for-manufacturing and build integration support.

Wir betreiben. multiple HAAS CNC mills and lathes, a Momentum MVL-15iM vertical turret lathe, a Knuth BO-130 horizontal boring mill, manual and Summit lathes, Bridgeport mills, and Flow and OMAX waterjet cutting up to 6 ft x 12 ft x 6 in across a wide range of materials. 

We perform MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Cored, and mechanized welding with strong emphasis on fixturing, alignment, and repeatability. We have deep Fachwissen in aluminum, stainless steels, and HY-80 and HY-100 materials, including high-quality pipe welding and structural weldments.

We use custom tooling and fixturing, high-precision laser tracker alignment throughout the shop, robust process controls, and documented build integration practices to achieve consistent, high-tolerance results.

Our integrated facility includes overhead cranes with capacity up to 40,000 lbs, two drive-in bays with direct crane access, and an industrial oven for minor heat treatment and controlled thermal processing.
