This new cleaning tool is produced using advanced 3D printing technology, enabling manufacturing in a more sustainable, cost effective manner that also enables for customization. Unlike traditional tools that primarily use the edges of the brush, this tool follows the wellhead’s geometry across both axes, ensuring a more comprehensive and efficient cleaning process. The design's inherent spring mechanism allows the tool to exert optimal brush pressure automatically – simplifying ROV pilot control, prolonging the brush lifespan, and reducing operational disruptions.
