Tell us about a project on which you recently worked and what was memorable about it and what valuable lessons did you learn?
It was really memorable to work on the HR Department objectives for 2018, where most of the tasks were accomplished. Shared knowledge.

What was the challenge?
Fulfill the work in time.

What was the plan/solution?
The plan was to divide the tasks (HR - Angola).

How did you come up with the solution?
We all contributed ideas.

The MVV of Oceaneering in Angola has been of great value. We Angolans are constantly learning. The MVV provides a very capable and efficient market view, with significant values for customers and employees.
