Training Courses

To ensure that our employees reach their full potential, Oceaneering Australia offers a range of internal learning and development opportunities.

Oceaneering provides Site Safety training, Hydrocarbon (Competency Based Training Assessment) training and Team Leader/Supervisory training for employees at Oceaneering managed workplaces. We provide opportunities for training and development required for ongoing certification, as well as any other training specifically required for any individual employee’s duties.

Respectful Workplaces

Cultivating and maintaining an inclusive work environment is something that takes time and effort. Our employees are offered technical and soft skills training via our Learning Management System, which includes approximately 5,000 modules covering various important topics.

Our "Respectful Workplace: It Starts With You" module teaches each employee the importance of respecting each other, appreciating each person’s differences, and looking for the value that each person brings to the overall group effort.

In 1964, Mike Hughes and Johnny Johnson formed a Gulf of Mexico diving company called World Wide Divers.
