It was built for reliability with five low-emission EPA Tier 4 diesel engines with a combined generating capacity of 16 MW on a three-bus system. Ocean Evolution&#8217;s fifth engine and third bus provide redundancy, allowing the vessel to stay on location should a failure occur.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>Verbesserte Stationshaltung<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<p>Ocean Evolution can maintain position even during extreme weather conditions. The vessel&#8217;s position is held using two tunnel thrusters and a drop down thruster in the bow along with two e Azipull thrusters in the stern. Props on the propulsion systems can be turned 360\u2070 and were designed to optimize dynamic positioning of the vessel.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>Hebekraft<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<p>Mit einer L\u00e4nge von 107,6 m (353 ft) und einem Gewicht von 6.000 t ist die Ocean Evolution mit einem 250 mT AHC-Kran mit einer Arbeitskapazit\u00e4t von 4.000 m (13.000 ft) ausgestattet. Der Kran verf\u00fcgt au\u00dferdem \u00fcber einen speziellen Hebemodus, der eine Hakenh\u00f6he von 36 m (118 ft) \u00fcber dem Hauptdeck erm\u00f6glicht, so dass die Besatzung hohe Bohrlochk\u00f6pfe, gro\u00dfe Pf\u00e4hle und andere \u00fcberdimensionale Ausr\u00fcstung vom Deck heben kann.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>Starkes Deck<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<p>The vessel&#8217;s 12,595 ft2 (1170 m2) steel-constructed deck is designed to carry heavy loads and to accommodate multiple applications. The deck can support 2,048 lbf\/ft2 (10 MT\/m2 ) or a total of 2,200 MT(4.85 million lbf).
