We offer worldwide differential global navigation satellite system (DGNSS) positioning services, geoscience and autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) surveys, land and coastal water surveys, and marine construction surveys.

Oceaneering® C-Nav Positioning Solutions

Our dynamic precise point positioning (PPP) systems provide accuracy of better than 2 in (5 cm) horizontally and 6 in (15 cm) vertically. Unlike conventional DGNSS technologies, our systems are unaffected by spatial decorrelation, thus enabling the same level of correction service accuracy worldwide.

Geoscience and AUV Surveys

As pioneers in commercial oil and gas AUV surveying, we have performed more than 400,000 km (or 75,000 hours) of high-resolution surveys while improving cost effectiveness. We also complete shallow-water surveys for both the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and oil and gas customers.

Land and Coastal Waters Surveys

We specialize in providing a wide range of surveys to meet varying customer, regulatory, and legal requirements on land and in coastal waters. Our survey teams receive formal health, safety, and environmental (HSE) instruction prior to mobilization, and are trained to perform in environmentally sensitive wetlands, uplands, swamps, marshes, coastal waters, and river and canal crossings.

Marine Construction Surveys

We improve efficiency throughout the marine construction process by providing precise and repeatable positioning services for drilling rigs and barges during the placement of structures, templates, and platforms. Our integrated surface positioning solutions include differential global positioning systems (DGPSs) and gyrocompasses coupled with inertial navigation systems.

Oceanodesy Coordinate Converter

The Oceanodesy iOS app enables users to convert geodetic coordinates (latitude and longitude) to grid coordinates (easting and northing) and vice versa.
Oceanodesy supports a range of coordinate systems, including WGS84, NAD27, NAD83, ED50, and more.
