Hydraulic Directional Control Valve

Over the years, our highly skilled craftsmen and engineers have designed and manufactured in excess of 40.000 control valves for both subsea and topside purposes, each one reflecting specific market requirements. Many of these are specifically designed to endure extremely high pressures in harsh environments. Products include subsea valves developed to work at pressures up to 1380 bar, and are designed for reliable subsea application in excess of 4000 meters water depth.
Rotator’s control valves are designed according to the metal-to-metal shear-type-seal-principle. The main advantage of these valves is that they have negligible internal leakage and sustain high contamination tolerance.
The material used for the internal parts of the valves is of a quality that provides corrosion resistance and excellent resistance to wear. Our control valves are intended for general application, and may be used in most hydraulic circuits. All Rotator control valves have been qualified through highly comprehensive test programmes. We are also qualifying our valves for all commonly used hydraulic fluids in accordance with the latest international environmental standards.
All control valves may be activated by various electric, hydraulic, pneumatic and manual pilots.
