Standard Tooling

Test Manifold [Data Sheet]
The Test Manifold is used for in-situ testing of the Hot Stab prior to it being deployed subsea.

Hot Stabs and Manifolds [Data Sheet]
All Standard API 17D and API 17H Hot Stabs and Receptacles are manufactured and tested to the highest industry standards. These products are individually packaged to protect critical sealing surfaces. All products are supplied with test certificate and COC.

Duplex Pump [Data Sheet]
Oceaneering has designed and built a range of Duplex Piston Pumps. These pumps are based upon a reciprocating piston intensifier with fixed displacement.

Hydraulically powered by the host Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV), the pumps are available in two sizes, the 15 hp Series and the 50 hp Series, with a wide range of pressure ratios available in each series.

The pumps are the basis for multiple tooling applications, including subsea hydrotesting, hydrate remediation, and general fluid intervention. The pumps are not compatible with methanol. For methanol-compatible pumping, use the Duplex Plunger Pump.

Subsea Reservoir [Data Sheet]
The Subsea Reservoir features a collapsible reservoir tank surrounded by a steel frame and mud mat. The reservoir tank can be connected by the ROV to a hydraulic system using a built-in hydraulic connection panel.

Zero Leak Quad [Data Sheet]
The DTS Quad Zero Leak Stab and Receptacle offers a QD type connection from 1 to 4 ports. The stab can be configured for 2 position directional control as well. Porting on the male side is routed out and down away from the body to aid in hose management. The recessed male connectors are protected by an impact-resistant nose and the stab body is hard-anodized aluminum for a reduced weight and ease of manipulation.

10K psi MB Pump System [Data Sheet]
Oceaneering’s 10K psi Marsten Bentley Pump has isolation with 3 stage selectable output at 3.5 gpm or 1.5 gpm on the intensifier circuit.

9 Gallon Reservoir [Data Sheet]
The 9 Gallon Reservoir is a bladder that is designed to hold fluids on an Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) or skid, adding greater flexibility to subsea operations.

Intensifier Panel [Data Sheet]
Oceaneering offers Hydraulic Pressure Intensifier Panels. The panels easily mount on ROVs to provide high pressure and low flow to tooling that requires it. They are popular accessories for Linear Valve Override Tools (LVOT).

All Oceaneering Intensifier Panels incorporate safety blow off valves and gauges to protect and monitor the hydraulic circuit.

Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) [Data Sheet]
The Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) is used to test various subsea tooling prior to subsea deployment. The unit is intended for on-deck use and testing at the SIT. A fan-type oil cooler is included in the HPU, which regulates oil temperature returning to the tank. The system also includes a thermal bypass valve, which will allow the oil to heat up somewhat if the unit is used in a cold environment. The frame is provided with four lifting points, one at each corner. A drip tray is provided on the underside of the frame to collect any oil spills.

ROV Operated Valve Actuators [Data Sheet]
Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) operated Valve Actuators are available in several sizes and configurations. The design of the actuator eliminates damage to the valve itself by isolating the forces of the ROV from the valve. All valves are pressure tested and certified before being individually packaged for shipment. As with all DTS products, these actuators are designed, assembled, and tested to the highest industry standards.
