LVOT

1. Linear Valve Override Tool [Data Sheet]
The Linear Valve Override Tool (LVOT) employs Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) hydraulics to move a piston used to actuate a gate valve stem on subsea manifolds. This tool can be configured to interface with a Type A or Type C flanges. An optional Lock Out Tool can be used with the LVOT to mechanically override the valve for extended periods of time without hydraulics.

2. Collet Linear Valve Override Tool [Data Sheet]
The Collet Linear Valve Override Tool (CLOT) remotely overrides and locks hydraulic actuated gate valves located on subsea trees and manifolds. The tool fits Type B interfaces, in either horizontal or vertical configurations. The CLOT is deployed and powered by a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV).

3. Tree Crack Open Tool [Data Sheet]
The main application of TCOT is to keep the tree valve cracked open during installation. Once subsea, the tool can be removed from the valve using a standard class 1 – 4 torque tool. This tool is a low cost solution compared to standard LVOTs for this type of application.

4. Simplified Lockout Tool [Data Sheet]
The Simplified Lockout Tool (SLOT) is designed to provide Locking functions to valves with an API “B” interface located approximately 25” below the manifold cover plate. The tool consists of a Nickel-Aluminum- Bronze alloy body, a Nitronic 50 Stainless Steel Acme thread screw with pinned 3⁄4” ROV T-Handle, and an additional 3⁄4” ROV T-Handle attached to the body to allow the ROV to stabilize. A cable for attaching the tool to the CP system is also provided.

5. J-Lock Tool [Data Sheet]
The J-Lock Tool is designed to provide locking functions to valves with a J-Lock bucket.
