Subsea Digital Stills Camera [Data Sheet]
The Subsea Digital Stills camera is remotely controlled via the surface in either auto control or manual mode with computer software. The tool is interfaced via a video and a RS-232 data link. Images are reviewed in low resolution thru the video screen, but are downloaded when the camera returns to the surface. 4Gb Flash memory card standard captures 1,000+ images in high resolution.
Subsea Intelligent Pressure Transducer [Data Sheet]
The Oceaneering Subsea Intelligent Pressure Transducer provides high accuracy pressure and temperature readings at depths to 10,000 fsw. The output format (RS232) and 24VDC power requirement allow fast integration with most Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) and subsea control systems.
A dedicated, user-friendly, topside Graphic User Interface (GUI), displays the data from the Subsea Intelligent Pressure Transducer. From the GUI, the user can monitor and log pressure data in ASCII format.

Color LED Camera [Data Sheet]
Oceaneerings LED color camera has small dimensions making it suitable for general purpose viewing and manipulator arm applications. The integral LED lighting allows the camera to be used in applications that previously required a separate camera and lamp.
Subsea Intelligent Display [Data Sheet]
The Subsea Intelligent Display is a multi- purpose display that can take input from various sources, such as pressure, torque, and pH. It is primarily used in conjunction with Subsea Torque Test Jigs and Pressure Intelligent Displays, but it can be used with a variety of other applications. The Subsea Intelligent Display can be interfaced to a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) via an RS232 link and can be powered by the ROV. The data can be monitored topside by a Graphical User Interface (GUI).
Digital Inclinometer [Data Sheet]
The digital inclinometer has been developed to provide accurate readings of pitch and roll on piles, manifolds or other subsea structures. The tool is deployed and installed by the Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) manipulator.
The digital inclinometer presents a pin type interlace to be easily mounted or attached to suction pile or other subsea structure. A cone receptacle is mounted on the structure and the ROV will guide the inclinometer pin into that receptacle. To insure a correct reading of roll and pitch angles, a key is provided to place the tool in the proper orientation.
Subsea Flow Meter [Data Sheet]
The Subsea Flowmeter consists of an OEM flowmeter body with an OEM pick-up sensor. This sensor is contained in a small oil- compensated housing. It is interfaced via a 3 pin bulkhead, which includes a water alarm for the oil compensated area. Each assembly has a calibration value that must be used in the monitoring software to calibrate the output from the unit.
Subsea pH Meter [Data Sheet]
The Oceaneering pH probe is a self contained and self-powered tool designed to read the pH in water depths up to 10,000 fsw. The self-contained/powered feature allows the use of this tool by a wide range of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs).
This pH reading is displayed by an Intelligent Display that can be toggled between awake mode (reading mode) or sleep mode (battery saving mode) by the ROV’s light flashes. The Intelligent Display also allows the control of the pH measurement update time, automatic sleep mode, among other features.
One direct application for the pH measurement tool is to detect the presence of cement coming out from the wellhead during the cement injection process during the well completion. The presence of cement alters the pH of the water in the well surroundings. By accurately detecting the presence of cement coming out, the operator can stop the injection process, saving time and material.
10 Station Valve Pack [Data Sheet]
The 10 Station Valve pack is comprised of a subsea housing with 10 Mini NG3 valves controlled by a Tooling Control Unit (TCU) II board. The host Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) supplies hydraulic power, nominal pressure of 2,700 to 3,000 psi, 10 gpm along with electrical power of 24VDC, an RS232 link between the subsea housing and the surface controller, and a laptop configured with custom Oceaneering software to allow control and monitoring of the subsea housing and its environment.
5 Station Valve Pack [Data Sheet]
The 5 Station Valve Pack is comprised of a subsea housing with 5 NG6 valves controlled by a TCU II board. The host ROV supplies hydraulic power, nominal pressure of 2,700 to 3,000 PSI, 10GPM along with electrical power of 24VDC, an RS232 link between the subsea housing and the surface controller, and a laptop configured with custom Oceaneering software to allow control and monitoring of the subsea housing and its environment.
Electrical Junction Box [Data Sheet]
The purpose of the Electrical Junction Box (EJB) is to provide a means to have a stationary docking point to join several subsea electrical components and to expand the capability of current subsea hardware. It also serves as a way to make the Mini-Gateways retrievable for service.
TCU Boards [Data Sheet]
DTS has many Tooling Control Unit (TCU) boards that are used to control customer tooling. These robust circuit boards are field tested and ready to be deployed where ever tooling systems need electronic control or monitoring. The TCUs can communicate with control systems or sensors using RS232 serial communications. Many boards can be daisy chained together to increase I/O
or functionality. DTS also offers custom software packages to control these systems per customer requirements.
Subsea Oscilloscope [Data Sheet]
The Subsea Oscilloscope is designed to provide the user with the capability to remotely monitor and test power or communication lines.
In addition to measuring amplitude of a signal, the oscilloscope can also measure the frequency, show distortion in the signal, show the time between two events (such as pulse width, pulse rise time, etc), and also show the relative timing between two related signals.
Seasun 4000w Single Work Light [Data Sheet]
HydroFlex now offers the SeaSun® 4000W Lamp as a single work light system. It is built with the same offshore durability as the SeaSun® 3 Lamp System but is designed with a very small deck footprint, and allows the diver to bring the light exactly where it is needed. It is a space and cost saving option to increase safety on dive sites.
The SeaSun Single ties into ship’s power and creates its own isolated power supply that is monitored by an Isometer instead of a GFI. This type of ground fault protection constantly provides the lighting technician information about the safety of the system. This pre- warning feature prompts the technician to change out components before a fault occurs.
Seasun 4000w Mid Water System [Data Sheet]
The SeaSun Mid Water Lighting System was designed to support SAT diving or Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) operations down to 1,100 ft (335 m). The three light frame is deployed using an AK 7 double knuckle marine crane with the umbilical winch mounted on the crane. The crane is supplied with a radio control pack and an anti-two block system allowing for one man deployment. This system utilizes modified 4000W lights, pressure compensated ballasts and power distribution box.
