Transocean Navigator Rigid Conduit Manifold
The distribution rigid conduit manifold provides the interface to the BOP stack control pods and stack mounted systems from the marine riser rigid conduit lines. The RCM, constructed entirely from contemporary stainless steels for long service life, is custom engineered to adapt to all BOP stack arrangements and existing control systems architectures. All RCMs are equipped with:
- Integral trash collectors & filter systems
- Internally ported stainless steel manifolds
- Seal sub mounted high pressure Oceaneering SPM valves (5,000 psi)
- Dual seal sub split flange connections
- Internal check valves
- All welded stainless steel piping with dual seal sub connections
- Fully redundant functional architecture
