Deep Sea Systems International Inc. (DSSI) is an innovative subsidiary of Oceaneering International. DSSI provides custom engineered ROV products and solutions for deep ocean exploration and other special projects.

DSSI has organized and developed products for many expeditions and surveys, including:
- Directing ROV operations exploring the British bark H.M.S Breadalbane in Resolute Bay, Canada
- Exploring the battleship Arizona in Pearl Harbor with the Mini Rover MK-2
- Providing technical project management and engineering services for director Stephen Low’s “Titanica,” an IMAX film documentary that explores the wreckage of the R.M.S. Titanic
- Participated in NOAA’s “Hidden Ocean” expedition aboard the US Coast Guard icebreaker Healy exploring the frigid depths of the Canada Basin located in the deepest part of the Arctic Ocean
