Oceaneering joins Business Network for Offshore Wind Board of Directors

HOUSTON, January 28, 2019 – Oceaneering International, Inc., is pleased to announce that Nat Spencer, Director of Global Renewable Business Development, has joined the board of directors for the Business Network for Offshore Wind (“the Network”).

Spencer is one of four new board members announced during the Network’s inaugural Leadership 100 summit, including Dr. Tim Fischer, Vice Director of Ramboll’s Global Wind Division; Matthew Palmer, Vice President, Offshore Wind Manager at WSP USA; and Joseph Tirone, Partner, Co-Leader Energy & Natural Resources Sector, Womble Bond Dickinson.

Spencer leads Oceaneering’s renewable market strategy and development and is focused on growing the sector. He is experienced at developing interpersonal relationships, which allow him to effectively lead teams in order to achieve strategic objectives.

Liz Burdock, President and CEO of the Network, said, “Leadership 100 gathered the top leaders in the offshore wind industry to discuss challenges and opportunities for growing the US market beyond 19GWs. Business Network for Offshore Wind hosts the International Offshore Wind Partnering Forum (IPF) and is dedicated to establishing an offshore wind supply chain in the U.S.
