The Laboratories employ both highly qualified and experienced personnel. Annual training programmes are prepared to identify training requirements for employees to ensure that their levels of competence are maintained and developed as appropriate. All personnel are subject to regular and ongoing appraisal, where additional training requirements are highlighted for incorporation into the training plans.
Arrangements are readily made for witnessing by statutory inspection authorities, e.g. DNV, LRS and/or clients ensuring that Client confidentiality is always maintained.
