Medical, Dental and Vision
At Oceaneering, your benefits are available to you upon your employment. We offer two Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and a Prescription Drug Plan administered by Caremark.
You also have the opportunity to participate in our PPO Dental Plan and our Vision Plan.
Basic Life and Disability Coverage
Oceaneering offers Basic Life to our employees free of charge. We also provide employer paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage.
Optional Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Disability Coverage (AD&D)
Employees have the opportunity to purchase Optional Life Insurance and AD&D for themselves and their dependents at low group rates.
Healthcare/Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees can set aside $5,000 a year on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible healthcare and dependent daycare expenses.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program is offered at no cost and provides a confidential counseling service for our employees and their families.
Oceaneering Retirement Investment Plan – 401(k)
Oceaneering provides a 401(k) plan that allows employees to contribute up to 80% of their salary on an annual basis. The company match and attractive investment fund options give our employees the opportunity to save for their future.

Vacation is provided for regular full-time employees.

Oceaneering provides 100% income protection through sick leave pay.

Oceaneering observes at least 10 paid holidays each year.
