Oceaneering Reflange 36" Guided R-CON Connectors utilized on Kerr-McGee Corporation's Gunnison truss spar buoyancy cans reduced cost, weight and installation time for Kerr-McGee and its contractor Technip. In only a few hours each, Oceaneering Reflange safely installed and leak tested 14 connectors on the spar.

The Oceaneering Reflange 36" Guided R-CON Connectors were designed and fabricated from a standard R-CON Clamp Connector by adding installation features and a funnel guidance system. The modified connectors have a 3-piece clamp set with just six bolts, allowing quick and easy installation by the Oceaneering field crew.
