Oceaneering Marine Services Division (MSD) provides engineering, construction, inspection and management services specializing in a wide array of waterfront and offshore structures such as dams, bridges, piers, hydroelectric structures, and levees. MSD also possesses a diving capability, performing underwater and hyperbaric welding and ship husbandry for the United States Navy and the Royal Navy. With its combined capabilities, MSD can provide construction management, underwater diving services and full service design capabilities of all marine and offshore structures, including cofferdam and educator box design and fabrication services.
