Oceaneering’s Dry Deck Shelter (DDS) Planning Yard (PY) is the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for the U. S. Navy Deep Submergence Systems (DSS) Dry Deck Shelters. The DDS PY provides life cycle design, engineering, technical, and logistic support for the U. S. Navy’s DDSs. Our engineering products conform to Scope of Certification (SOC) personnel safety requirements and include:
- Modernization alterations
- Technical manual
- PMS Cards
- NAVSEA Drawings
- COSAL
- Provisioning for repair parts
- Engineering products that support the future installation of DDSs on:
- SSGN Class
- VIRGINIA Class
- SSN 23
- Unique equipment and parts needed in the planned maintenance availabilities
