The MSD Engineering/Planning Department also specialize in the areas of drawing and changes, alterations and design updates, field changes, liaison action request, technical data documentation, solid works and finite element analysis, integrated logistics, rotatable pool and planning.

Our Non Destructive Testing Program (VT/MT/PT/UT/ET) offers a range of inspection techniques qualified to the Navy’s Tech Pub 271. The MSD staff includes two Level III examiners and ten Level II qualified inspectors.

Consolidated Launcher Technology (CLT) was founded in 1985. Oceaneering International, Inc (OII) acquired CLT in 1999. CLT originally focused on submarine signal launcher and weapons firing system repairs, but immediately gained a reputation as the “go-to” company for “tiger team” emergent submarine and surface ship repairs and alterations.
