The Grayloc® connector has been a unique device for connecting piping systems for over 50 years. It seals through the elastic action of a reusable metal ring. It is lighter and stronger than a flange. No other make and break connection requires so little space. Maintenance time is reduced; spare parts inventory is lowered. The Grayloc® connector provides immediate savings in weight, space and fabrication time. The Grayloc® connector offers continuing advantages in maintenance costs and improved performance. It is truly a unique connection. It has become the recognized standard for clamp connectors.

ROV Intervention Panels are designed and fabricated to API 17D specifications to provide an interface point on subsea equipment for the ROV.
The panels can be populated with any combination of hot stab receptacles, ROV torque receptacles, subsea gauges, and ROV friendly ball valves. They can be built to any size the Customer requires and of any material. Typically they are 1/2” thick and have ¾” grab rails per API. Material is usually 316 L normalized or carbon steel that is coated with a three-part subsea epoxy.

|
ROV Operable Ball Valves are Subsea (typically Autoclave) ball valves that have been adapted for ease of use by an ROV. They consist of an actuator and a ball valve. The actuator is an OIE manufactured stainless unit. The end user’s ball valve of choice is then mounted to the actuator. The purpose of this two piece arrangement is to isolate and protect the ball valve stem from side loading and bending from ROV manipulator use. It can be configured in a 2-way, 90-degree rotation or 3-way, 180-degree rotation. The ball valve can be configured in several orientations to address plumbing and clearance issues.
