Oceaneering Announces Fourth Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call Dates

January 28, 2008 – Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE: OII) announced it will release its earnings for the fourth quarter of 2007 on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

A conference call to discuss the quarter’s results and the Company’s future business outlook is scheduled for Thursday, February 21, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10 a.m. Central Time).

This call will be webcast by CCBN and can be accessed at www.companyboardroom.com.  An archived replay will be available for two weeks starting one hour after the call.
